Disappointed

Really liked what this pan was all about… no bad chemicals, recycled materials etc. Unfortunately after one use, the finish on the bottom of the pan stated coming off a the plastic underside of the handle began to deteriorate. Sadly returned.

I am making lots of pancake. Used many Pancake pan but this is different. My best one so far.
