Superior nonstick finish

Superior nonstick coating! Love the vented lid, with the silicone edge to hold it in place. I would like to have a 3 qt version, which apparently does not exist.

Loving this pan!

So far we've cooked with it a bunch of times in about a month, including some "deep" frying, and it's great. Heats evenly and easy to adjust on gas burner, most things don't stick (some do at times, it's weird). Easy to handle and clean. My only complaint is that the short side handle can't be used much because it gets as hot as the body. Even basic sauteing is nice in a deep pan because it reduces splatter.

Quality Cookware

These pans are great! I finally decided to invest in quality cookware while also eliminating toxins and plastics from my kitchen. I chose BergHOFF because a family member has a set from a different line by them and loves them. These do not disappoint! They are easy to use, easy to clean, and this set includes just about every size pan we need. I love the fact that there is a lid to fit every pan and I really like the fact that the lids work as a strainer, as well. The only thing I bought separately to complete my set was the pancake pan which is awesome for tortillas. Cooking is more enjoyable when you have high quality tools to use. I wish I’d figured that out years ago!

Really nice saucepan

Been using this saucepan for a few weeks and it seems to be well made and easy to cook with. We really like the insulated handles and the interior is very non-stick!
