Neo Cast Iron Square Grill Pan

This pan is amazing. I took it out of the packaging and immediately used it and I swear, these are some of the tastiest potato’s and crab cakes I’ve ever made. The grill marks are perfect that it leaves, I love the color, and it’s strong. Like super well made, not too thick, not too thin. Very well made.

Beautiful addition to my kitchen

This cast iron pan is a beautiful addition to my kitchen and is built to last for years to come. While it is on the heavier side, the helper handle makes it safer and more convenient to maneuver. Great quality

This is a great grill pan. It is heavy but easy to manage. The green color looks really nice. It is perfect for making paninis and steak because it leaves the perfect grill marks. It is easy to clean because I can use soap and water. Overall, this is a great grill pan!

Good quality grill pan

This grill pan is stylish and even though it is heavy, it is made of cast iron ensuring heat distribution. I fried bacon and it cooked it evenly and well without burning. It cleans well using a non scratch sponge or cloth - debris easily comes off. Size is perfect so it does not take up much kitchen space or storage. The pan makes preheating easy. A great quality grill pan.

Excellent pan for grilled sandwiches and more

BergHOFF's bright Red, Neo Cast lron Square Grill Pan is constructed from cast iron with an enameled body. It heats up evenly and stays hot longer than my other pans. Designed with an ergonomic handle that has provided a strong and secure grip. This helps keep me from worrisome drops or loss of grip! Love the helper handle. It has come in very helpful! This feature is important to easily maneuver this heavy-duty pan from stovetop to oven, more secure. I like that it has an oven safe construction so that I feel confident when using or transferring to my oven. I like that it features two integrated pour spouts, on each side which helps to drain and pour out excess liquids much easier without fear! Overall, BergHOFF's Neo Cast lron Square Grill Pan has been a great addition to my kitchen cookware. I use it often for stove-top burgers, sandwiches, and more.

Beautiful pan! Spacious too!

I love cast iron—honestly, it’s all I use for cooking meat. This pan looks nice and it is huge! I really want to love this skillet, but I’m still adjusting to the grooves. I don’t like soaking cast iron for long periods, and this pan does require soaking to get it fully clean. Even with all my go-to tools, it’s tough to reach into the grooves. That said, it does leave some nice grill marks! I plan to season it and see if that improves the sticky things, which I truly believe it will. Because of that, I’m still giving this skillet 4 stars. It’s absolutely stunning and looks beautiful in my kitchen—I don’t even mind leaving it on my stovetop (as long as it’s clean!). I’m not ready to give up on it yet. Most of my cast iron has needed a few rounds of seasoning before it’s just right for me. I would still recommend this pan but it would be awesome if it came perfectly seasoned.
