These knives are top quality. Decent weight. Very well made. I love wooden handle. There should be no maintenence to these. Open, use and enjoy each and every day!! They cut my filet perfectly, so smooth.

Quality, affordable, reliable
I received the BergHOFF 3-PC Pakka Wood Stainless Steel Carving Set from Influenster, and it couldn’t have come at a better time with the holidays. I used it for the first time on our Christmas ribeye roast, and it immediately impressed me. The knives feel solid and well-balanced in your hand, and the pakka wood handles are comfortable without feeling bulky. Slicing through the ribeye was smooth and controlled, giving clean, even cuts without tearing the meat. Since Christmas, I’ve used the set on several other cuts of meat — brisket, pork shoulder, and tri-tip — and it’s held up really well.
