Poor shipping quality

I have received the knife block as pictured, however, the shipping condition of the carton Was extremely poor. The block was shipped in its packaging with a FedEx label stuck to the outside of the box with no protection of the knife block. Upon opening the knife block I noticed the corners were all chipped and damaged.

Trim knife storage

Purchased from a retailer. GREAT knife block! Seems to be well-made. Trim design takes up less counter space! I would LOVE for you to make one for shorter knives (paring, etc!) as I need all of these slots for the longer knives!
