This knife is excellent. The all black look is very sleek and fancy looking. It handles like a dream . it's very sharp and cuts easily and neatly. It feels pretty ergonomic and easy to use. I hope that it lasts a long time!

I really like this knife . I am a big fun of small knives because I honestly feel like there are safer and easier to control , it’s just my preference, especially for detailed cutting and quick meal prep . This knife feels comfortable to hold , very sharp , and cuts smoothly through fruits , vegetables, and small ingredients. It is also easy to clean and feels well made . I have been reaching for it a lot lately when preparing lunch or snacks.

Incredibly sharp and cuts everything precisely.
I received the BergHOFF ron Chef's Knife 5" from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. This knife is super sleek, super sharp and cuts everything like butter! I like the packaging, which I keep the knife in so it doesn't dull, the handle is very comfortable to hold and this just slices right through onions like I'm cutting a hard boiled egg. It's made of stainless steel and is dishwasher safe, but I prefer to wash by hand. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this knife and will be looking to get more from this brand as this is super well made.

All in all a decent knife.
This blade is beautiful. I was expecting it to be a bit more flexible, almost closer to that of a fillet knife to get around bones. This is not like that at all. It's stiff, which helps to remove those tougher bones from meat like beef and pork. Which a normal filet knife wouldn't be able to do. The handle is smooth and allows the knife to twist quite easily in your hands. I would have loved a bit of texture to keep this from happening. Thats the only reason it didnt get 5 stars from me.
