Nice shoes, HORRID RETURN PROCESS

Do not buy if you need to return or exchange …Shoe was nice.. but too big.. so on may 21,2024…I took back to Macys to get smaller size. They don’t carry in store so I just decided to return and reorder.I had paid with gc .. I don’t why, but they could not give me the refund at that time. Apparently it has to be shipped back to Berness ,they then process and issue a refund few weeks later. As of June 6th I still have not received my refund🙌🏼

I purchased three pairs and I love the sandal. Worn several times and a five mile walk too! I had no issues - sorry to the others!

Absolutely poor quality!! Have to return thru the seller not Macys.....made several attempts to get the process started for the return...apparently no one at Berness checks their emails. Horrible customer service!! Never again will I purchase Berness shoes..

Cute design, horrible quality

Horrible quality, and they arrived damaged. The shoebox was partially crushed but the outer packaging was intact, indicating that they sent me a damaged pair. The shoes themselves arrived all scuffed and scratched. Cute design, and I like that they’re synthetic, but horrible quality. The material looks and feels very cheap, and I don’t imagine these would last very long. For those of you who are wondering about the heel height, I measured them at about 3.5 to 3.75 inches. I think it’s ridiculous that they don’t list it on the website.

Doesn’t look like photo.

I am very disappointed in this purchase. The platform doesn’t look anything like photos. The height is lower and the material is terrible. I’m incredibly disappointed with this purchase.

I love these!

I’m really happy with these shoes. They fit well, look well made, can dress up or down, and give an even platform height without a sharp drop between heel and toes. I would buy again in another color.
