Good product for $ but customer service 👎🏼👎🏼

We love the umbrella itself, especially for what I paid in the end but want to make others aware of what happened to us. We bought the umbrella while it was “on sale” at Macy’s online. Less than a week after purchasing, I see it online marked with a regular price that was less than the “sale” price I paid. I called Macy’s who told me I had to contact Best Choice Products bc they are the 3rd party seller. Well of course, Best Choice Products wanted nothing to do with me and referred me back to Macy’s, who again said they could not help. At this point, I decided to return(free shipping and returns) and repurchase with my capitol one credit card, who gave me even more cash back on it for using their card and capitol one shopping, instead of Macy’s. So Best Choice Products paid for shipping 2 additional times bc they wouldn’t do a price adjustment. Poor business practice but that’s on them.

I found this umbrella on sale. Although I thought that it would it would have some flaws, this umbrella is made well. It came as described and I am very satisfied with the product and happy that I didnt have to put anything together.
