Good quality with one setback

This is a sturdy stand with nice rolling wheels. Easy to assemble with one semi major flaw I experienced. The locking mechanism dragged on the plastic framing and was near impossible to lock, and was definitely impossible to unlock. There was just no clearance. I solved the issue by putting spacers between the wheel plates and the base, thus lifting the wheels slightly, allowing the locking mechanism to easily move. O that than that, like having the ability to move umbrella around the patio.

Love'm, so far. Easy to fill, appear extremely durable. I have three. Very heavily weighted when filled.
