Not what you see in the picture!

I ordered this chair for my fiance for his "man cave" and received it yesterday. When I assembled it the cushions are flat not anything like what is pictured. I called the manufacturer (told to call Macy's for support) and Macy's representative said to return and they will replace. I don't want the entire chair replaced only asking for additional cushions to have it be full as advertised. So disappointing that neither company will make good on this purchase!

Zero gravity

The chair is fine! The cushion isn’t even close to what’s pictured . Disappointed because I needed it for my recovery from surgery.

Nope, does not look like how advertised at all.

Did not look like the pic with padding and was narrow. I did not recline all the way back like a former supposed to. I would’ve not purchased it if I knew that it did that recline all the way back, was Nero, and didn’t have adequate padding as the picture shows.

I just received this chair. It is awesome. But the tray was cracked and broke. How can we get a replacement tray without having to send the whole chair back?

Not Oversized

We bought this chair for a large friend. This chair is no wider or sturdier built than the other regular gravity chairs we bought. Same frame, same fabric, same ties.
