Good but not great

I was very excited over how well this was made. The boards felt very solid so I was hopeful this would be sturdy. When I got it all together the shelves fell apart. I now have to get wood glue to try and get these to stay together. I suggest using wood glue on the whole thing due to the screws not going very deep. Overall I like it but i hope it stays together for awhile so I don't have to buy a new one.

Excellent customer service

I ordered this sewing machine table and the door was scratched, which I noticed after assembling the complete table which took me 2 hours. However I got in touch with bcp and their representative at Macy's and both the companies helped with resolving the issue asap. I am happy with the customer service of both Macy's and bcp. Damaged product

We were sent a returned item which was repackaged by just putting flimsy tape on the box. We excepted it and started building to thinking at least the parts are all there. When We finished assembly we noticed the front door of the table and the top table both parts are defective. The paint was scratched on both. I think that it why it was returned in the 1st place. I called customer seriously and they said the original company would respond for the refund to be processed. Then I contacted bcp twice and they assured me that I would hear from someone in 24 hours . Noone has reached out to us. Very disappointed with the service. Please check all the parts thoroughly before Assembling this unit.

Portable can move with wheels. Needed sewing table for small craft room. This works well as can close up when not in use taking less space. Has storage too. Perfect for what i need and comes in colors too.

Cheap. Arrived in open torn box resulting in two pieces missing. Have attempted to work with company to get replacement parts last two weeks to no avail. Am not happy

Did the job

This sewing table was fairly easy to put together and looks like the picture without the sewing notions. I purchased it for my Serger and with a little re-arranging on the door part, I was able to store the serger underneath. I love the way I can roll it out when I need to use it, and roll it back when I am finished.
