Sizing

The dress was so beautiful and I love the texture of the fabric and the color of the fabric. I ordered 8P which is my usual size but unfortunately I have to return the gown because I can’t even zip it up the top. It will not even pass through my waist let alone my chest. It runs smaller than given size chart.
