Dress had damage Macys issue not mfr

I purchased this dress in a hurry online and it looks like it was a return by someone with pink spills and something else on it. I brought it to a dry cleaner and not all of it came out. I had to purchase another dress off the rack at David’s bridal to wear for my daughter’s wedding. I made a complaint and never heard back!!

Dress must have been worn and returned, received with something spilled on it. I have no time to waste and will now have to pay for cleaning prior to my event. Very disappointed paying full price for this dress as it’s used not brand new!

Embellished gown

This gown is beautiful! The embellishment is unbelievable! It is very well made. Unfortunately, I am very petite and it really overwhelms me. Meaning…it would need hemmed a lot and that would take away from the look of the dress
