Love It!

Glad I ordered; it is light to hold and rinse but made well that it's though to warm up plenty of foods, especially bread & tortillas!

Very Good Griddle

I found that toasting sandwiches and making pancakes never struck to the pan. I recommend this griddle. The only down side is that I wish the sides had a little more height. I was toasting a sandwich that almost came out of the pan. It is covered with an amazing product that doesn't stick. It heats up quickly and cleans up easy.

My first Bialetti pan and it is very good

This griddle has enough height to capture some liquids, it isn't so shallow at the two others I had to return. This griddle has a very comfortable handle, superior non-stick surface, and there is a hole to hang the pan.

Best, best, best!

This is a great pan for pancakes or anything else you want to cook on it. It is actually non-stick. My food actually slldes off the pan with out oil or butter. This is THE best pan ever.
