this died under 2 years. Save your money

it quit working just under 2 years. the light and heat just stopped working. 2 years is not very long for an appliance. Don't waste your money here.

Product Warranty

It's broken now, still under 2 years warranty, try to contact customer service, nobody answer. Not a good product to recommend to anybody

Waste of Money!

Despite a large number of positive reviews, this oven was a huge let down. First, it does not heat evenly, resulting in the food burned to a crisp in the middle, no matter how you tweak the temperatures and times. Second, the timer know had broken down after less than a month of a moderate use. Based on these behaviors, I cannot recommend this oven to the potential customers. There are better products available.

Terrible product!

Terrible product! At first we absolutely loved it. However, about six months in this junk would just randomly shut off when you'd set the timer. We checked it all, the cord, securing the lid..etc. Finally just recently it just stopped working. It's NINE months old! Macy's of course wasn't able to help. They instead directed us to this "As Seen on TV" company's website. I'm awaiting a callback. I won't hold my breathe. AVOID this and instead opt for a small household kitchen appliance brand that is trusted!

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

This does not air fry!my chicken dinner came out looking like it was on boil setting.It was not even pretty to look at while it cooked like i read on other reviews.I have tried thier instructions-Fail! my husband tried to tweak the temp and time for cooking-Fail. I really did give this one a good try before i decided to return;sadly return time passed me by.so off to recycling. Just get something else.We might go back to instant pot air fryer or crux(fryer worked fine)it was heavy and the rest of the unit just stopped working after a year. I am going back to good ol' bbq grill.

I don’t know if it was the one I received but it didn’t heat up. This is great for a huge family, it’s very big, takes up a lot of space.
