Great heat anshine but snags and pulls out hair...

It straightens and shines great, but if you have fine hair it will get snagged in the plastic. I got this on a sale so can't return it but will keep it for an emergency backup.

Good product

This is the best hair straightener I ever used but it went dead after 5 months of using, no power/ not turning on. This tool has 1 year warranty, I returned it and bought another one same like this.
