Sizing is off

I ordered a 43 for my husband’s 10/10.5 foot and they were huge! I reordered down one size but might have to go two.. :0(

USED PRODUCT

Macys sent me a used sandal. I am very unhappy. With all the money I spent in Macys I cannot believe that I got a used product. It was supposed to be a Father’s Day gift and now I can’t even give it to him because it’s used. The Customer Service rep said that I have to go back to the store or I have to go to UPS and drop it. This is an inconvenience for me during this time and that is why I ordered it online. She said well that’s all she could do for me so Macys do better.

Comfortable sandle but….

Got these to take on vacation to Cancun very comfortable. Although a few times I did trip over the front of the left shoe constantly not sure why I have other ones and don’t do that but a was concerned for a bit when it happen more than twice while walking.
