Birkenstock wrong colors

I had ordered these Arizona Birkenstocks in a grey color and they came in beige 3 times . I reordered them 3 times and they still kept coming in beige .

Love. If never worn you need to break them in first. I used them as my house shoes first and did hurt my feet. After im able to wear them for hours outdoor.
