Wrong item

I received the wrong item, which honestly shocked me. This is the first time I’ve ever gotten a completely different product than what I ordered while shopping online. Thanks, Macy’s 🙂 What makes it worse is that this was supposed to be a Valentine’s Day gift—so instead of falling in love, I fell into embarrassment.

Tobacco Brown Big Buckle

I got these for my daughter for christmas . She lovedddd them. Super comfortable and perfect color. She has not taken them off since she opened them. I never was a huge fan of birkenstocks but after getting these they have changed my perspective to get me a pair now haha.
