Ordered online and received by mail. The earrings stone is orangy in color and the claw that held the stone is entirely different. I returned it to the physical store and exchanged it to a different earrings.

Loooooooooove with an issue

I purchased the Ruby, Opal, and Blue Topaz...they were darling with one exception; the back of the Ruby earring set was broken, and the tags were webbed into a sticker to where you couldn't get the tag off without fear of breaking. I am going to have to go into Macy's to see if they are going to replace the backs that came broken, if not, I will be returning which I don't want to do. The gems themselves were phenomenal. Whomever packages the earrings needs to come up with a different way of putting the tags on to replace utilizing the sticker method.

Topaz Studs

These are perfect earrings for casual wear, and they pair with the topaz in my wedding ring very well. As always, Macy's had a great price for these little gems. I love them, and Macy's

Problem with back staying on

Don't know if it's the post or the back. One of the backs won't stay on. It takes away from the convenience of ordering online to get this sorted in store. I suspect online pricing is a way for Macy's (and other stores) to get rid of defective merch.
