Poor service

The item never arrived, got lost in shipping & unable to track, they would not send a replacement, the priced increased greatly, could not re-purchase at the same original sale price, though did get a refund. This is not the service and experience I am accustomed to at Macy’s. Very disappointing.

Earrings I got in emerald lab created. The backs of the gold earrings were so cheap they buckled and were unshapley. Not well made for the money

Great for the price paid

These are small lab created stones about 1/2 karat for each earring. Color is quite lovely. They’re great for a second earring. I’m very happy with them. I purchased on sale and was fully aware that stone would be on the smaller side and the backs are very small and post is thin. You get what you pay for. These earrings were inexpensive and great for the price and for my needs.

Ordered online and received by mail. The earrings stone is orangy in color and the claw that held the stone is entirely different. I returned it to the physical store and exchanged it to a different earrings.

Loooooooooove with an issue

I purchased the Ruby, Opal, and Blue Topaz...they were darling with one exception; the back of the Ruby earring set was broken, and the tags were webbed into a sticker to where you couldn't get the tag off without fear of breaking. I am going to have to go into Macy's to see if they are going to replace the backs that came broken, if not, I will be returning which I don't want to do. The gems themselves were phenomenal. Whomever packages the earrings needs to come up with a different way of putting the tags on to replace utilizing the sticker method.
