Works well, cheap parts

have had this machine for about a year, but have only used it 4 or 5 times... mostly the tools for closing my sofa. while it does a good job overall, i was disappointed after such little use that the water tank broke. the latch that secures the lid snapped off. I had to buy a replacement, but not happy I've had to order replacement parts already with very little use of the machine.

I would recommend this product to all my friends.

Very easy to use. Works great. I have a dog and every once in awhile he has an accident. It cleans it up as though it never happened. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

I would buy this again . Why would I , if there is replaceme

Wasn't what I was expecting. Easy to clean , set up , take apart to clean when finished . I did one room in 30 minutes and it was dry in 2 hours .

Great product for a great price.

Great product for a great price. Took the stains right out of the carpet. I was amazed how much pet hair it picked up even after vacuuming the carpet prior to cleaning it.
