We purchased this mop and were initially very pleased with it for the first five or so uses. It then began heavily leaking from multiple areas. After providing video evidence, Bissel did replaced it under warranty. While we appreciated the quick response, the replacement mop developed the exact same leaking issues after minimal use. This is a poorly made product that consistently fails far too quickly. Based on our experience, this is not worth the money. We will not be purchasing again. Save yourself the frustration and choose a different mop.

not powerful enough. didn't remove spots I thought it wouldv been able to remove

Very efficient!
Two bugs though; the bristles on the grout brush were almost melted after the first use. Had to finish with a separate metal brush. The steam release trigger has to be depressed flush with the handle to keep in use making it very fatiguing in the long run. Otherwise, a great tool!!

Disappointing Performance
I purchased this steam mop primarily for its promised ability to clean walls, but unfortunately, it severely underperforms. The primary issue is the sheer weight of the unit. Because the combo incorporates the handheld steamer into the main unit, the handle is extremely heavy. After just a few minutes of mopping, my arm and wrist were fatigued. This weight problem is compounded by a terrible design choice: you must depress and hold the power button the entire time you are mopping to generate steam. This requires constant, tiring pressure, making a simple chore unnecessarily difficult and painful. Furthermore, the machine simply does not generate enough heat. Despite following the instructions, the steam output did not get hot enough to feel like it was truly sanitizing or effectively cleaning tough spots. It felt more like a damp, heavy wipe than a powerful steam cleaner. Finally, attempting to use the handheld or upright unit on vertical surfaces like walls is nearly impossible. Not only is the handle too heavy to maneuver comfortably overhead, but the excessively responsive swivel head means the mop pad spins wildly. Instead of allowing for controlled up-and-down motions on the wall, the head constantly swivels sideways, making any attempt at precision cleaning utterly frustrating. Overall, this unit is awkward, tiring to use, and fails to deliver on its core promise of powerful steam cleaning. I do not recommend it.

Not strong enoug
I'm not sure if mine is faulty or if all of them are like this ...barely any steam comes out even after letting it charge up. Super disappointed with the power behind it, barely more that a puff or a wisp of steam

I wouldn’t purchase again
Don’t like the trigger. The steam button doesn’t steam all the time. The attachment are useful.

Almost Perfect, Needs a Continuous Steam Option
This has been a game-changer for my hardwood floors with a dog. I’d give it 5 stars, but my only issue is that the trigger must be held down the entire time. A continuous steam button would prevent finger cramping and make it perfect.
