I wouldn’t purchase again
Don’t like the trigger. The steam button doesn’t steam all the time. The attachment are useful.

Almost Perfect, Needs a Continuous Steam Option
This has been a game-changer for my hardwood floors with a dog. I’d give it 5 stars, but my only issue is that the trigger must be held down the entire time. A continuous steam button would prevent finger cramping and make it perfect.

Don't Buy this!
Horrible machine. Totally does not clean like advertised and is very glitchy. It is also very loud with constant banging noise and does not even push the steam through the pole to the mop.

I would not recommend
This was supposed to be my first ever steam mop. I was so excited to open it and use it. After I opened it I realized this is a used item. Someone else had this product before myself. I am paying money for a new product so why am I receiving a used product that has someone else dirt and hair on it? I am unhappy with this purchase. This is not okay.

Don't buy thus one
Not a good steamer. Unwieldy, cheap attachments. Recommend a Shark.

Effective & Powerful, but Not Durable.
Powerful and effective, but it is not durable for a steam mop. For all the non-mop uses like steaming garments to release wrinkles or using the attachments to clean counter tops or kitchen stove tops, it works very well. As others note, however, the steam mop function, while effective, requires the user to apply pressure and motion. The mop pole is not built strong enough for that kind of weekly action. Within the first year, the extension wand gave away and had a jiggle to it. By year, three of using it once a week, it snapped off. Obviously, I still liked it enough to use it weekly for for three years, but it needs to be more durable for floor steam mopping.

Just purchased last month
Easy to fill with distilled water. Floors seem to clean up easily. Nice long cord. I’m 5’1” it is a little awkward for me with the steamers weight on top. I’m use to steamers with more balance. If you are doing several floors your hand tires from the need to keep the trigger held down for the on position. I switch hands. I have not tried the portable steam feature.
