Don't buy this Model 2117
Order Number 42434018 Every time I try to clean one spot on the carpet, it leaves 1-3 grease marks on the carpet. This thing is brand new!! Explain why this happens? Are you refurbishing old junk to?

I would buy this product again and again!
I bought this to replace one just like it for YEARS (except for the color!) I love it that much for spot cleans from dogs and kids and sometimes me! I love the hands free aspect which is why I didn't consider other models. It does a fantastic job. #sweepstakes

Was I surprised!
Ok, I am surprised with this product. There were some stains that I thought would NEVER come up. I had tried other treatments, but they only lightened somewhat, and remained in the carpet. The Spotbot took them out. Granted on two, I had to use it twice, but they are gone. Yes, the carpet was a little wetter than when I used the big machine, but leaving the carpet to dry over night was important to removing the stains. If it bothered you, dab with a towel or run the big carpet shampooer over the area to remove more moisture. I didn't think it was excessive. I used the right products for the Spotbot and the stains are gone, the smell is gone and the carpet look great. The only question I have is, "What took me so long to get one?"
