I’m absolutely in love with this!

We have 4 cats, & 5 dogs. The hair is absolutely crazy in our house. I couldn’t rave about this thing enough, it’s a huge game changer for our house!! I have even using this on my large L shape couch about 20 minutes before guests arrive and it will be completely dry. Then leaves the couch refreshed and hairless! I think I have used this Crosswave for just about every surface & am in AW that it cleans itself! I do it a few times if this brush looks pretty dryer after the first time & I always wipe out the tray so it’s not sitting in any dirty water from the cleaning! Makes vacuuming, mopping, light carpet cleaning super easy & quick!!

It's all about the SHORT BATTERY LIFE

I have been using this machine for several years. The BIG complaint is the BATTERY LIFE as I can't even empty one tank of water before the battery dies out. I get the kitchen done but the rest of the house has to wait for another day. I wish these units had longer battery life and/or even swap out batteries. Should have bought one with a power cord.

Totally regret buying this overpriced mop

Crosswave does not have enough suction to dry the floor. It works OK at best, but a Swiffer wetjet is just as effective and easier/faster. Crosswave doesn't really work on carpet and just leaves a wet streaky mess on the floor after cleaning.

Not again

I use this product on area rugs. I wouldn’t recommend. It’s not very powerful and does take time.

Never buying again!

I am so angry once again. This is our third Crosswave and have not had it even a year and it is doing the exact same thing the other two have done. It stops sucking up and only spits water and dirt out. I have cleaned it thoroughly and yet it does not pick up only spits out! I would never recommend these cleaners to anyone. I will go use my swiffer power mop
