Would give it zero if I could.
This thing is garbage. The original little green was great and I had one that lasted four years and then finally it stopped working. This year I purchased the pro heat. And this year alone I have gone through 5!!!!!!!! Machines. They all leak, the hoses all crack and the product is simply garbage. Would never repurchased this, what a waste of plastic that has gone to landfill. Also on vacuum number three this year. Bissell you can do better than this.

Disappointed
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Used it three times. It just spread the stain around making it larger and more difficult to clean. I'll have to get it professionally cleaned now. It leaks out the bottom and smell horrible. The spray also isn't strong/struggles to work properly so I had to use a separate spray bottle for the cleaning solution. Don't recommend, don't waste your money.

Nobodies perfect

I've had my Little green pro heat for about a year and after cleaning my car twice, I've had to tape the hose at the brush ha Nile end due to splitting"the rest of the system is fantastic but the hose is a bit important. Unfortunately the hose is not up to the quality of the system.

2 Purchases - Both Broken
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have owned 2 of these machines and used both lightly and both broke with under 12 uses. First one had a cracked hose, second one started suddenly spraying the dirty water out of the bottom of the machine. Both times creating an even bigger mess and resulted in me having to hire a professional for a mess this machine should be able to handle.

Useless
It didn't remove the normal dirt on the arms of our couch nor did it remove any other normal stains. I haven't tried it on pet urine. It did spread a stain to a larger area which I now have to address. My expectations have not been met.

So glad we bought this! Easy to use
Well, we had a spot I had given up on, but then my nephew had a dramatic accident and his mom brought over her "little green." We were so impressed we ordered one right away. And I used it on that oollld spot. Guess what?! It's gone.

Garbage
Brand new out of the box and it sprays the waste water right out of the bottom of the motor. Same thing the last one we had did. Do not.buy this product.
