Good vacuum, but brush isn't tangle-free

Easy to assemble, great suction, and lightweight with a great swivel head. I also love how the canister detaches for easy access to stairs and couches. However, this was advertised as a tangle-free roller brush and upon the first use, it was apparent that it's not. This unit is replacing an older model Bissell that I had for 7 years without one tangle in the roller brush. As a household with long-haired individuals and a dog, I loved that I never once had to touch the brush. I bought this model due to the advertisement that it would be the same. I am disappointed that this model does not deliver that feature despite being advertised as such and now I am stuck with a vaccum that requires this maintenance each time i use it.

Bissell Pet Eraser Allergen lift-off vacuum.

Works very well. I was pleasantly surprised how it cleans carpets and smooth floors. Don't be afraid to buy this vacuum,you will be glad you did.

Great performance for the price. Easy assembly

I replaced an older similar model with this. It moves better and is lighter than the previous model. The rubber wheels are an improvement as well as auto height adjustment. Picks up dog hair and dust very well.

I only purchase Bissell products

I only purchase Bissell products. This is my second vaccine for my upstairs. The others remains in my basement. The only thing I don’t like is their is no height adjustment like the other one I purchased. Other than that it’s perfect.
