Dont buy these

Leakes and after ising it maybe 5 times battery will not charge. Support is iseless its basically a throw away piece of junk

it was okay.

bought this for a couple stains on the couch and carpet, it didn't clean like id hoped. i have a husky and this could not handle the little bit of hair that was left from vacuuming.

Leaking and not holding battery charge

I bought this product a couple of years ago and it worked amazing. I needed it because I just got a puppy and there were some stains on the carpet. I put it away in the closet and haven’t used it since then I recently took it out to clean a simple stain on a chair and it will not hold its charge for anything longer than 10 minutes at full charge and it’s leaking all of the gross dirty water all over the place. It’s coming out from the seams and the vents and none of the water is going into the tank where it’s supposed to go. I can’t figure out why it’s leaking and it’s very upsetting because I liked this product a lot and I never even really got to use it and it was very expensive.

One of my best purchases!

I'm not one that takes time to give reviews but this little machine has me saying WOW!!! I am totally impressed by it! I was hesitate at first but after it first use I was hooked!!! It does such a wonderful job on all the little messes that happen whether it be from pets, grandchildren or even myself, it's gotten old spots out of my kitchen rugs making them look new again so much easier than those big bulky walk behind machines so if you're on the fence about getting it grab one it is worth the money

I charged it 2 times

It doesn't work

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought it to clean a stain on my couch 2 years ago. It worked then, sort of. I emptied it after use and stored it. I had to use it again to clean some chairs. The sprayer did not work. I emptied it, cleaned it and put some cleaner inside. No difference. I ran water through the machine; it went through. Still, no spraying happened. What a waste of my money!

Leaked everywhere

This started leaking so badly that it wouldn't hold any of the shampoo in it. Closet floor covered in fossilized bissell shampoo. The brushes are strangely placed so scrubbing a stain is difficult.
