A really expensive paperweight
I bought this to use on my couch for when my puppy has an accident. It has no suction, it doesn't do anything but take up space and weigh things down. I wouldn't recommend this product. I had to do buy the Little Green Max Pet, which is a far superior product.

Poor suction
I have had this 1-2 years. It is built well, runs well, but that is the extent of it. In the few times I have used it, most of the cleaning solution remains in the carpet/rug/fabric/whatever you spray it on. I can put 2-3 ounces in the tank, and suck up only a teaspoon. The carpet/rug is left saturated. And that's with really pushing it down to try and suck up the cleaning liquid. I assure you I am operating it correctly. I have seen this complaint many times, and it is very true.

Works but not the greatest
Only used a few times... really not a fan. I tried it in the car and not great for seats; the surface area of the part that touches the seat is too wide but too narrow at the same time it doesn't get into the creases of a seat unlike the little green machine which I really wanted but couldn't afford it at the time. And the suction to get the water/cleaning solution back up well just sucks... my seats were still soaked and I barely used any solution...

Waste of money
Liked the idea of being able to clean up pet accidents without having to get out the big carpet cleaner, but this thing was an absolute waste of money. It leaks all over and yet still doesn't actually vacuum up any of the solution that was sprayed onto the carpet. Don't bother purchasing, it doesn't work

PLEASE READ!
This is an excellent carpet cleaner for small areas! I was even able to get toothpaste out of the carpet and some wine stains. It does a great job lifting pet stains, too. It does take some time, but if you go over the stain two or three times, it comes up.

I would buy this product over and over again.
This is great for cleaning the carpet on your stairs and along the edges of your rugs. It's also good for cleaning your furniture and I'm sure it has many other uses! This portable carpet cleaner is amazing! I can guarantee if anything happens to the one I've got I would purchase another one! I have also purchased one for my daughter and my daughter-in-law!!
