It's great, but...

...I'm still trying to figure out how to clean our floors without leaving streaks. We're getting up lots of old ground-in dirt off our kitchen floor. But after every cleaning I can see streaks on the floor. I've tried changing pads sooner, working in smaller areas, nothing seems to work. So it's a steam clean, then a clean-up after the steam clean to get rid of the streaks.

loved it

I bought one of these years ago for my daughter and she loved it, and she used it at my house, but recently the handle broke off so i decided to buy her another one that is why i got it. I love the way it cleans.

So good I asked for a new one when the old one die

This is my second Bissell Steam Mop. It tackles tough and sticky stains and I like the washable mop heads.

Would not buy again

No steam right out of the box. Followed the very basic instructions by Bissell, which did not solve the issue. Powered on, full of water, waited until unit warmed up with solid light, turned on and added steam, nothing.

We love it and own three of these mops

This product is great all around. I use it in all the floorings with the two types of pads as required. It cleans amazingly. Since we must avoid artificial scents. The home smells great after the cleaning with the PowerFresh steam mop , it is just from the capabilities of this mop that eliminates dirt leaving the home smelling clean. Also the spot boost steam brush is very effective cleaning tool.

The BEST

I like my floors clean, really clean! Clean enough to eat off of them. That’s why I use this steamer. I’ve gone through a couple now because the stuff’n out of them. I’ll likely go through more over he next 20 years and I’ll only by Bissell because of the quality of the machine and results.
