Not what I expected from Bissel . Think I got a dud
I have many Bissel products that I love, but i purchased this mop about 8 months ago it worked great first 6months. Now last 2 months it just has been getting worse and worse. I charge it fully and when I take it off to use it spins so slow and sounds like it's dying. We checked everything and cleaned everything and absolutely no change for the better. I wish Bissel would stand behind their products better. Very disappointing.

Forget about cleaning difficult stains
The Bissell Spinwave has been truly disappointing. It's good for surface level stains but you can forget about using it for any difficult stains. Since we purchased, we needed to manually clean after using the Spinwave each time. Additionally, after 1.5 years of having it, it just won't turn on anymore. Contacted customer support and they told us they could only give us a coupon as we were out of the one-year warranty. Truly disappointing product and won't be purchasing from this company again.

COUNTERTOP BISSELL SPINWAVE????
I LOVE my SPINWAVE floor mop. I just wish I could use it on the matching tile countertops!!! All of the tile in my home is textured and my floors have never looked so clean since I started to use the floor mop. My suggestion is for Bissell to make a handheld model. I would buy one as soon as it hit store shelves!

LOVE this mop. Kids will get them for Christmas.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely LOVE this mop. I have two; plugin and battery so I am ready for true mopping or a quick cleanup. Four stars because the battery life is short and it would be GREAT to have a charging station rather than a cord. I do have lots of pads so I change the pad after each room. I also have an extra tank that I use with plain water so I can go back over the floor after using a product. Moping is so fast and easy.

Horrible Battery
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery takes 2 hours to charge, and it only has about a 15-20 minute run time. It is unfortunate because it has the power of the corded version cleans just a small area before needing to be recharged. I will be exchanging it.
