When i first got it . It worked ok not that great. Now a year later it doesn't seem to extract the water off the carpet.

Perfect size and power!
This worked perfect for our rug that the pets lay on. I questioned the small compact size at first, but it was definitely mighty at getting out those questionable spots!

This make and model would never recommend.
We have an elderly dog in the home. We need to clean the carpet daily. This carpet cleaner is the worse Bissell carpet cleaner we have ever purchased. Due to our elderly dog we usually need to buy a new one every yr due to the over use. We have always bought Bissell. This does nothing like the other models we have purchased. Have been buying a carpet cleaner for the past 17 yrs .... just now more frequent in the last 3 yrs. Other models we have purchased have better cleaning power than this one.

I am not a paid reviewer, and I would give this thing 10 stars, we had a professional carpet cleaner come to our house just 3 days before this photo was taken, I do believe that this little machine works better than a professional carpet cleaning machine. It blows my mind.

Leaking
New product bought last month. First time using it. Water not depending to shampoo carpet. took it apart part 2x and spoke to Bissell and found the leak coming from the reclining pedal.
Too small but still mighty
I shampooed bedroom carpet. This is really good for spot cleaning. I don't recommend it for cleaning anything more than a 10x10 rooms. It works well, but since it's so small i had To change/refill the canister MULTIPLE times.
