Love it

At first I wasn't sure if I liked it because it takes SO LONG to toast, however, it toasts the bread wholly and completely, it's pretty great, I never realized how sucky my other toasters were. This one really is fabulous . Would definitely recommend

Not worth the money

I purchased this less than a month ago and it is not what I expected. For starters, it is small and my sliced bread and bagels can barely fit in the slots. It drops out all crumbs after every use. The crumbs dispenser is pointless and not effective. It’s hard to clean and the temperatures don’t get your food toasted correctly.

Bad experience

I haven't received it..tracking seems to indicate it's in California..please credit my account..I bought a toaster elsewhere..very disappointed

Black n Decker toaster

It’s very light I think it’s cheaply made and if you manually lift up your toast, it’s not smooth and it pops toast up to where it just doesn’t feel comfortable.

NOT the quality i expected

This toaster replaced a 4 slice Black and Decker toaster I had for approx. 6 years. Decided to buy a new one because the heating/ toasting element on one side wasn't working and it was an inconvenience to toast bread, 2 slices at a time. Otherwise,would have kept using it. Seemed well made, heavy/sturdy and good temperature settings . ( no burnt toast). Also good pop up of bread slices,Bagels and English muffins . The current model I purchased is the complete opposite. Surprised that this model/brand is of such poor quality. Disappointed.
