Horrible Vacuum

Can’t remember when I bought it but it broke after a few days. Should have taken it back but stuck it in the corner in the basement and only found it while cleaning out said basement. Tried it again and it worked for 5 minutes which was the original problem. Wish I could give it no stars.

Poor design!

We purchased this unit and the small wheels on the front of the vacuum degraded. The rubber wheels basically came off the rollers making the vacuum more and more difficult to use on hardwood floors.

Peice of junk. It will not suck it dont hold suction it lays in the tubing and do t go in canister

UNRELIABLE!!!

I've had this item several months. Where I thought it was ME not being able to operate correctly, I now understand it is the product. I have always trusted Black & Decker, but THIS product has highly disappointed me!!! will NOT recommend.

Works only until warranty comes

I have bought this one and 3 months ago, as soon as manufacturer warranty expired, it started creating problems. It is not the vaccum which will stay with you longer time. It works well for sometime, after sometime it is just a piece of trash.
