My delivery

My reason why I provided such a low review, I was at home, the package was dropped off, NO ONE rang the bell. It was just left there by the door. It's when the UPS deliveryman came and saw it when he arrived, and made a statement "that's what they do with their packages", just drop off and leave without notifying the people that there's a delivery. SAD....VERY UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THE SERVICE. That's what they do....JUST DROP YOUR PACKAGE OFF and left without notifying you that there's a package at the door......NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I'm a senior and anyone could have come in the gate and take my package that was already PAID FOR.........!!! Neighbor picked it up and brought it in for me. I would recommend to a friend, but I didn't like the service I received with my delivery

Excellent oven!

This toaster oven is really good so far! It toasts and bakes very evenly. I would definitely recommend.

OMG!!!! THIS WORKS SOOOOOO GOOD, LIKE SO BASICALLY 1 YEAR AGO I WAS GETTING SOOOO TIRED OF MY OTHER ONE BECAUSE IT WASN'T WORKING AS GOOD AS THIS ONE, AND SO I DECIDED TO GO TO THE STORE AND AS SOON AS IS SAW THIS I FELL IN LOVEEEE AND THE TEMPATURE WORKS SO WELL IT HEATS MY FOOD SO GOOD, AND HUN MAY I TELL YOU THAT THE FEATURES IS SO GOOD LIKE I WONDER WHO EVEN MADE THIS!!!!? AND OMG THE CAPACITY.....DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED LIKE I 100% RECOMMEND FOR SOMEONE TO BUY THIS

Disappointed

Went to use “stay in” feature first day and knob Wouldn’t turn or stay on Complained to B and D but one week later no help Their email said id get response in 24 hours. Really?

Not worth waiting for / not worth the money

I waited three weeks and had to call. Macys re-ordered, took several more days to come from CA. The oven will only get to 250 degrees on bake. The only thing it does is toast and broil. I really needed the little oven. I’m So disappointed . Not worth the money.

Working well!

So far, I am liking my new toaster convection oven. My previous oven had preset times in it. I am getting us e d to estimating time on it. Going mostly by memory from using the old oven. Wish they would have included ways to time cooking in their brochure.

Toast ok bake mehh

Low heat even when set high for bake, I had to use my air fryer to complete the bake. toasting works well but not happy with bake feature.. convenient for small kitchen and counter

Very easy to clean both the oven, tray.

I've been using the toaster oven since I purchased on Oct 25-24. It is working great, heats up and retains proper temps.
