I’ve had this crockpot for 9 months and the crock has cracked. I am unable to find a replacement.

Great appliance. Like the multi functionality. If roasting a cut of meat, use the thermometer probe, if roasting a cut of meat with vegetables, like a stew or braise, use the slow cooker functionality. Even tried the sous vide already and it worked great, but in smaller cuts of meat/protein.

Poor quality
I received this as a Christmas present and loved it. But the ceramic pot cracked while cooking and I can’t locate replacement part anywhere

Purchase first one used 3 times side and bottom cracked macys replace it second one tried to use and smell of burning coming from unit going to get refunded and Purchase different brand
