it gives you half the coffee and spills the rest on the counter or floor the spout is bad even if take the lid off it still pours out all over every thing works great tho i use a secound cup to catch the spilt coffee its like a paint bucket pours all over its self and slashes every where

One of the best
I have had this coffee maker for a very long time. The cover has developed a leak when you pour the coffee. Runs down the side. Is there spare parts as I hate to buy a new one when all I need is a new cover or craft. I have looked for new ones but this has been the best one I have had in all the years.

Short 4 Cups
Don't know exactly how long this has been going on but my 8-10 morning cups won't finish the bottom "4-cups". I checked the "1-4 cup" and it's not on. We've owned this about 7 months. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Died 8 months in
Coffee pot was working well. However, 8 months in and it just stopped working. Won’t turn on, no power at all. Very expensive for 8 mo. Carafe in good shape, but worthless without power. Is there a warranty?

not hot enouth
I received the 12-cup thermal coffeemaker on Feb. 23. It brews coffee fine but it is not hot enough and does not keep hot very long.

Deterioration of Coating on inside of Carafe
I bought this coffee maker several years ago. Recently I realized that some kind of black colored liner coating inside the stainless steel carafe was deteriorating and flaking off into the coffee. I hope that this material is not toxic and that I have not ingested any of it. There seems to be no replacement carafe available anywhere.
