Not all that

The steamer I received malfunctioned. The first time I used it, it spit out particles that looked like hard water minerals you get when you use tap water--which I did not. I used distilled water. Also, it spewed and sputtered out streams of water with the steam. The slacks I tried to steam look worse now than when I started as there are water marks all over them. The slacks had just been washed and not worn when I tried to steam out a few wrinkles. They will need to be re-washed. VERY disappointing as Black& Decker products are usually very high quality.

Is too small it’s not warm and steamy enough and you can only use it in a horizontal way, so no I don’t recommend it

Item looked to be used / returned not NEW!

When i took the item put of the box, it appeared to be dirty and used. The tank had water droplets and condensation inside it. If it was brand new it would be dry and the cord and device wouldnt be dirty with used fingerprints on it. Dont sell a item that i expect is new that was clearly apparent was used and returned to Macys prior to sending to someone else. I expect the item to be New as thats what id expect from Macys as it didn't state reconditioned like new returned item.

Mailing error.

I ordered 4 products. The steamer was sent to Rosedale for pickup but the other were sent to me. Why? I have to pick it up by today but I live 1 1/2 hrs away and we're having a snowstorm. I want the steamer at that price but it was supposed to be sent to me.
