so disappointed on this item from this seller. i dont know why Macys allowing to sell used item. there is water inside the water marks.

Disappointed

I was pretty excited about this item but unfortunately this was used. There is water inside the steam compartment. I did not expect Macy's selling used items. Had to return it.

So disappointed with this iron because it's very awkward to pour water into the small opening to the water well and the settings font is very tiny.

poor quality

1. It is not easy to use. The base is not stable at all, so it is very easy to flip over and fall to the floor. 2. The water level is almost not visible. Can not tell when to add water to the iron. poorly designed.
