The wife is very dissapointed with the helix beaters product crawls up the beaters into the machine

Could be improved.
I do not like the fact that the beaters are "reinforced nylon". My old mixer had metal beaters that worked just fine to mix the cookie dough I often mix.
Mixer beaters hard to insert
Mixer beaters are hard to line up to fit in place to use.
Will never buy helix beaters again.
Did anyone test this product with actual batter? There is no way to remove the batter from the beaters- it just moves up toward the base unit. I used it for holiday baking and am only getting more annoyed. I never return an item to the store if I have used it- but this will be the first time. I expect more from Black+ Decker. I bought this mixer because I trusted the brand and wanted a mixer with good power speeds. Do not buy this model that has helix beaters.

very deceiving, search cordless mixer, and this one come up first so I buy it, not cordless.... description doesn't say how it's powered, Christmas gift ruined ,thanks Macy's
Plastic beaters
Who thought it was a good idea to have plastic beaters on a mixer? I didn't notice it when I purchased it. Don't get caught like I did.
