Will never buy helix beaters again.
Did anyone test this product with actual batter? There is no way to remove the batter from the beaters- it just moves up toward the base unit. I used it for holiday baking and am only getting more annoyed. I never return an item to the store if I have used it- but this will be the first time. I expect more from Black+ Decker. I bought this mixer because I trusted the brand and wanted a mixer with good power speeds. Do not buy this model that has helix beaters.

very deceiving, search cordless mixer, and this one come up first so I buy it, not cordless.... description doesn't say how it's powered, Christmas gift ruined ,thanks Macy's
Rattling sound
It works fine but when you move it you car hear a rattling sound like a screw is inside not secured
Poor quality/poor customer service
This hand mixer is a piece of garbage. The beaters do not properly insert into the appliance because of plastic parts. The beaters literally fall out of the Appliance as you’re using it. If you complain to Black & Decker, they want to know the model number which you can’t read because it’s stamped on the back of the black Appliance. You can’t read the model number even using zoom on a picture. They also want proof of purchase. This item was a gift. I offered to send them pictures but they want me to read them an illegible model number. Black and Decker’s antics prove they not stand by its poor quality products. I’m throwing this appliance out and buying KitchenAid

Storage case
The storage case split down the side as soon as I placed the mixer on it. It’s not strong enough. The plastic is too flimsy. The concept of storing the beaters under the mixer is great. However, please improve the case. I used some duct tape cause I need to use the mixer for the holiday and don’t have time to return.
