Never worked

I just bought this and first use never worked! I’m extremely disappointed. Black and Decker has been around for awhile. I thought the brand would be okay. I was wrong.

Rice cooker works great!

Rice cooker works well and quick and I like the auto switch to warm feature when done. My old rice cooker took 45 minutes to cook.
