Disappointment

Will not use it. Coffee not hot. Weak coffee. Poor replacement for the excellent Black & Decker Brew N Go

Not as Expected

The description on the website said you could use ground coffee & pods. When it arrived the box said it could be used with ground coffee or flat, soft coffee pods, not k-cups, which was the impression from the ad. I didn’t even take it out of the box. It’s going back.
