Low quality stones in my pair

I was very excited to buy these, but they did not meet expectations. The stones looked like they were all scratched up, but it was the poor quality of the stones. I wish they had looked better, as I have the matching necklace. I was told to reorder, but I'm scared they will look like the first set.
