Black and Decker Portable Dehumidifier

I received my Macy’s online order of the Black and Decker DeHumidifier via Federal Express and unfortunately it was internally damaged upon delivery. When I plugged in the appliance, the lights flickered and the unit did not turn on. I repacked the unit back in the box and drove it to the nearest Macy’s in Southcenter Mall, where they received it and credited me my full purchase value. The item itself was smaller than expected and due to it being inoperable cannot comment on its functionality and ability to dehumidify my living space. Macy’s 5 star easy return policy minus the 2 star I give them for the delay in delivery (expected during the holidays) and it being damaged (not sure if it was sent damaged at the wharehouse or was damaged during delivery) is why they are given 3 stars.
