Taking over two weeks to get

Can't review what I don't have. It's been 10 days and I haven't received it. A update to the tracking yesterday said it will take 5 more days!

works easily and well

I bought this for my mom and we love it. Its very easy to use. I like that it is not loud / nosy. It cools and heats almost the entire apartment. I recommend this. My mom received compliments on it when she had guest over and they said her place was prefect temperature.
