Two dresses ordered and you send them BOTH DAMAGED

The dress is lovely but shame on Macys for sending not one but two dresses damaged. The corset boning on both has torn through the top and is sticking out. Additionally, one is covered in make up.There is no way the person (people ) who packed these items couldn’t have noticed 6 inches sticking out of the top. How do you send this to a customer? Do better.
