Disappointing performance.

ceramic coating can stick to food when cooking at high heat. Coating is also chipping and flaking after a few months of light use.

Not worth it!

Purchased one over a year ago and its warped. Thing wabbles more than a bobblehead. Never used it in an oven or dishwasher.

Quality that goes the distance!!!

I’ve had this frying pan for over a year and I am still amazed by the quality and performance. Not even the toughest baked-on food sticks to the pan as long as you clean it properly. I use this pan 4-5 times a week and there is not one scratch on it. I absolutely love that it can go from the stove top right to the oven. I don’t usually write reviews but I love this thing so much I was compelled to.

Highly recommend

Finally a pan that is truly non stick, and at an affordable price. I've bought far too many pans that didn't live up to the promise, but Blue Diamond actually lives up to their promise. I can't speak for the metal utensil usage because I won't use them, but the food truly slides right out of the pan.

Confusing answer to review

This is my second review. I was advised to contact Greenpan as an answer. However, this is a Blue Diamond pan. Is that correct?
