Waste of Money

Terrible product. It gets stuck on the edge of area rugs and can’t find its recharging station. It’s collecting dust in the closet.

Not worth the money

Unfortunately I have tried many robo Vacuums and this one is no different from the less expensive brands. It broke after 3 months of use and there's nothing which stands out nor justifies the high price.

Not for us...

This vacuum is great, if you don't have area rugs, your floors are completely even surfaces, and people with very short hair. Unfortunately we have several pets, area rugs, wood floors and carpet on the same level, and girls with long hair. I have spent more time looking up error codes and trying to unclog the little brush. The dust brush wore out in about a week; the main brush is small and hair gets wound around the axle to the point it can't spin. Back to Macy's....

Great with dog hair

Bob does a great job sucking up dog hair. We couldn't believe it at first, until we witnessed how our carpets started looking different. Even when we run Bob after vacuuming with the upright, the bin is always full of hair.

Horrible vacuum

This was the worst vacuum robot. It did not pick up my dog hair and it broke after 2 months of having it!

Highly disappointing!

This product was terrible. It did not work on our flat hardwood floors and frequently just stopped midway. We are returning the product.

Great Product and Amazing Service.

I got Bob for Christmas because we live with four animals and have to run a vacuum daily. Bob is the most effective cleaning device I've ever owned, and the company will absolutely stand behind their product. We overworked Bob after two months and had to send him in for maintenance. We were not charged, despite the fact that Bob was given new wheels, new brushes, and a new motor. I was floored. He's never worked better, and now we've got a much clearer idea of how to maintain and prolong his life. Amazing product.
