Just one little thing. . .

I love this coffee press! Making iced coffee in the morning is so easy. I love the no muss no fuss of it. Before, I basically needed a kit to make my cold brew coffee and now I just need this one product (and the coffee of course haha). I love how big it is, one full pot will last me a couple of days. My only complaint is in the design. There is a little space at the top of the pot where the clear plastic ends that catches coffee grounds. I've tried everything to get all of them out but a few seem to be stuck there and I'm worried what will happen in the future concerning mold and just moisture in general seeping into that area. If Bodum decides to release an improved version that solves this issue I will definitely be purchasing it.

Would like to love this

I received the item and when I went to use it realized it should have come with two lids and I only received one. Reached out to customer service to advise but was told there wasn't anything they could do as I'd already opened and attempted to use the product. I didn't know the product I was sent was missing a piece until I went to actually use it.

Ok so, I had to search on YouTube how this thing actually works but once I figured it out - it is SO easy and so amazing! Not to mention, such a money saver and tastes delish! I highly recommend!!
