ALL other features work

Purchased item, the heat doesn't work. I have to add warm water to soak my feet for 20-40 minutes

Works great!

Everything works as stated with the exception of heat. You have to add hot water, the unit does not have a heating Element! Don’t know why they imply that it heats water? The roller bars on the bottom aren’t comfortable. You can remove them, but then there are the two plastic posts sticking up under your feet, which is worse then the roller bars. I think I’m going to cut them off so my feet are flat on the bottom.

Not has advertised

This was a fathers day gift. I started to use it for soak and relax, but I was looking for one that had heat. This model said that it had heat, but it did not and it made the water cooler. I am not pleased.

louder than lawn mower

should have listened to the other reviews, way too loud, no way to relax at all! the factory should really test the product before they send them to stores! will return asap.

Obnoxious and non-relaxing

I would give this product NO STARS if I could. Reason being: 1. Obnoxiously loud, louder than the vacuum cleaners in the house! Not my idea of relaxation! 2. It does not maintain water temperature, not even for a couple of minutes. Water gets stone cold in 5 minutes. 3. Creates quite a bit of splash around it, even though it is filled no more than the recommended level.

Water warming feature not adequate

The waterfall and bubble features are nice, but the tub is very shallow and the heating feature does not keep water warm. I used the product for approximately 2 minutes before my water was cold (it was difficult to put my feet in at first because the water was too warm). Would be very relaxing if the water stayed warmer...will be returning this product.
